LABSERVICE views quality system as the most important aspect of its operation. Each laboratory and administrative process is fully documented and thoroughly audited by an independent Quality Assurance team an on-going basis to ensure that all areas of the organization are functioning accurately and efficiently.
The laboratory maintains accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 standard for a broad range of tests for renal healthcare and environmental testing as listed in its current scope of accreditation available at www.standardsmalaysia.gov.my.
